Pincano
Village of the mountain of Spoleto that has experienced its moment of celebrity thanks to Alberto Talegalli and his popular Sor Clemente, a native of the original who, enriched thanks to a legacy, goes to live in the elegant Roman district of Parioli of the place . married to Countess Gerza, jealous and authoritarian. There is the small Church of San Silvestro Papa: in a dominant position on the small village, it is very old, mentioned by the Rationes decimarum and by the fourteenth-century Pelosius code, it is also registered in the Spoleto land register of 1346. The building, on the right side of which is they see traces of ancient foundations, it was enlarged, presumably in the seventeenth century, with the addition of a body in front of the old facade and the construction of a new entrance along the right wall. Other maintenance works, with reconstruction of the retaining wall, are documented in the nineteenth century.
