Vigneti di Sagrantino
Umbria land of flavors, red Sagrantino wine and green olive oil are well matched to the delicacy of our meat and the goodness of our cheeses, seeing is believing.
In autumn the leaves of sagrantino take on a deep red color only, see to believe. For a long time, the Sagrantino grape variety was only used for Montefalco Sagrantino passito or to fortify mixed wines. In recent years, producers such as Arnaldo Caprai have started to use it unblended.

These vines are at their brightest now on this November sunshine. Lovely view. Distance between rows is wider than what it looks from further away. I guess you can enjoy new harvest pretty soon.

Ciao caro Silvio, Nice view of these regular rows of the red vineyards. Delicate meat and a good cheese would be nice, but I do not drink any wine.

A very nice autumn view of the vineyard. I like the perspective down the path between the rows of vines and the reddish colour of the leaves combined with some still more green ones is very attractive.

Hello Silvio,
A splendid graphical picture of the agricultural lands near Montefalco.
Pretty colours and the long band with shadows in the middle is nice too.
Also attractive is the row of cypress trees that define the horizon.

However, I have very different season and colors. And you took it from above the vineyard also including the patterns stretching in the field.
I love the red color of the leaves. The effect is stunning!

a special use of these diagonals in the middle of the fields. the red hues added a marvelous visual effect in the rural landscape with nice details in the horizon. very beautiful.
