Photographer's Note
The Leaning Tower of Pisa. Two years before this visit they closed the tower because of safety reasons. After 10 years work, in 2001, the tower was reopened.
Interesting facts: Built in 1173 and started to lean almost at the beginning. It is 55 meters high, weight about 15 000 tonnes, it has 297 steps and the current inclination is about 10%.
This picture was actually taken by my mother (me in the picture, 10+ years ago). I have done some changes to the picture to increase the colours.

A rather funny picture, Johan. With all the angles, at least your horizon is straight. Good notes. I know record pictures like this don't usually do well, but it is still important to keep showing these sights to the world, so thanks for posting it. A bit of cropping from the grass on bottom would make the tower and the figure stand out more.
