Photographer's Note

It is located in a solitary position, at the end of the town, its reconstruction from the basics of an existing building began at the end of the eleventh century to the time of Pope Gregory VII, and today the building is the most artistically significant of all the territory where stand the octagonal dome the tenth century and the decorations of the rich portal, made from the fragments of the facade of the early church. Under the apse opens the crypt of the seventh century, where inside you will find:
The tomb of St Mamiliano urn-shaped - the baptismal font of 1434, built in travertine and decorated with sacred symbols and figures of the capitals of the precious wild and singular beauty. Of particular importance are the figurative reliefs and decorations of the capital of the second pillar on the left, in the variety iconographic confluence of the best characters of the two stylistic components, Benedictine and Lombardy and Lazio, simultaneously present in the building.
