Photographer's Note

Partial view of the Ponte Vecchio, a notable Medieval bridge over the Arno River, in Firenze.
It had appears in documents on 996 AC, than destroyed by a flood in 1117, reconstructed again until 1345. The last severe flood was in 1966.
Initially occupied by Butchers shops, but the present tenants are Jewelers, art-dealers and souvenir-sellers for tourists.
At the time taken I was not aware of the boat under the bridge.

A wider view on the bridge and more section-part are in the WS's attached.
