Hi Lyn
I like the composition of this image. However I do feel the distant houses by the bank of the river and the sky just about the horizon is a tad overexposed. A bit of clouds would definitely make this image more interesting.

Hello,
this is a very nice picture, both the composition, the strip over the sky, and the postprocessing are very nice.

Hi Lyneka,
Marvellous place, great bridge. but I think that the silhuette of the reader is overwhelmed by the rest of the picture. With this colour balance, he doesn't stand out from the picture, he seems merely a dark blur. But good sense of reporting events. And lovely comment.
cheers

Hello Lyneka,
you like Sepia:D why do you keep them so clean then? In my opinion(for what it's worth:) ), the reason to get the colors out is to give a soul to the picture, to give it some more character. It HAS to look old, it has to be dirtied with some grain or something...just a thought:D
Composition is pretty clean:P However, I think the lack of real focus and the overexposure kind of makes it hard for the eyes to really concentrate and utilize the whole area of the picture...we get stuck on the man reading his paper...
But, I like the whole point of showing someone not giving a damn that he is in the most beautiful place in the world because there is this article in the newspaper about last football game...
Regards,
Marc
