Photographer's Note
Piazza Duomo is quite a large public space in the city of Trento in northern Italy. The imposing Duomo, the cathedral stands among various painted Renaissance buildings that frame the piazza. Also overlooking the piazza are the Palazzo Pretorio and Torre Civica, right next to the cathedral. The combination of the 11th-12th century architecture and the Renaissance style is primarily what makes the piazza so striking.
