Photographer's Note
Just a fiew steps from the cows I posted yesterday, there was this nice St-Joseph-chapel. It belongs to an old farmhouse called Moar zu Viersch, which today is also a pension for tourists. Unfortunately I could not find any information about the chapel. The background is the same as in my last shot showing the Geissler - Odles - group.
As workshop, I post a peep inside through the window, since the chapel was closed.
PP: croppoing, perspective correction, contrast adjusted, shrpened, resized and resharpened.

I like the colours of the building and the detail in the clouds. Good sharpness and DOF. Also a useful WS to give another view.

Ciao Guenter!
ciao, Giorgio

It's a nice composition of the chapel and the mountains in the background. The light is a little bright on the right wall but it was the price to paid to have the other parts of the photo correctly exposed. Well seen!

Hi Guenther, I like here the close view of the chapel with the moutain peaks in the background, good angle and colors, I think this fine view could be even better without the tree, but you can't do anything about it, so I'll just say it's another nice one from you !!!

Okay, I'll write this one in English, I'm too lazy to enter all the alt-codes for the "umlauts" ;-)
The chapel in the foreground was compositionally very well utilized in this photo, with the rugged mountain group in the back making a beautiful add. The shadow effects of the leaves and branches you got on the side wall of the chapel are particularly appealing, and the overall color palette is really nice. The look inside in the WS makes a very nice add. Very good posting, Guenther.

A fine photo Guenther. Excellent DOF, the mountains and clouds in the background add a nice interest away from the chapel in the foreground, which has great light, contrast and sharpness. Great colours everywhere.
Compliments,

Excellent cadrage Guenther.
Une très belle prise de vue.
Un grand merci pour le partage.

What a great scene. The colors are beautiful and well saturated with a painting like quality about them. The tranquil little building in this pristine environment really goes further there. The sky is well captured along with everything else. And just the way the clouds are here it's easy to imagine them moving lazily across the sky slowly changing form as they did. Great textures and contrast. The only thing is that that object in the corner. It's a little distracting but easily overlooked in such a fantastic overall feel.

Well, not so bad for a "beginner" !! I've just seen your gallery, and all your pics taken in the mountains are really good, even though I particularly love this one. You managed to capture "something" that tells us that, fortunately, there are still places where you can breath... ;-)
Congratulations Guenther.
