Vulcano's volcano, a photo from Messina, Sicily

Photographer's Note

On the path… which allows to reach the peak of the crater of the principal volcano of the island of Vulcano.
A course with side of volcano which walks on in zigzag on a ground made up of dark volcanic gravels but also by places on a ground with dust giving one surprising contrast of colours.
And as one progresses, the panorama becomes increasingly imposing!

Salut Jean,
L'endroit n'est pas très photogénique mais tu le présentes très bien. Les petits personnages lui donnent une échelle humaine.

Es impresionante esa vista desde arriba del volcan, la subida tuvo que ser dura viendo esa pendiente, la captura es genial.
Bonitos colores y buen equilbrio de la imagen, buena profundidad.

jolie diagonale dans le cadrage de cette photo. Les personnages ont l'air d'être tellement minuscule qu'on a une idée de l'immensité de cet endroit. belle photo.

La prise de vue du haut vers le bas et vers l'horizon est un atout à la composition. La présence des personnes sur le sentier a un effet d'échelle de grandeur. Les couleurs son rehaussées par la qualité de la lumière. Bonne soirée.

Superbe vue effectivement (je suis sûr que tu as en réserve la vue du sommet!). Le premier plan nous montre bien ces matériaux volcaniques aux teintes particulières et les deux personnes donnent l'idée de la dimension de ce volcan. L'arrière plan est très beau mais me semble un tout petit peu sombre (sur mon écran?)

I like the diagonal line about the completely picture, the vulcane mountain care for a nice image.
We see the beneath the small village with the small houses or tents, maybe a camping!
Panorama view care for a nice composition together with soft colours. TFS.

Superbe ambiance et magnifique paysage. Le pente du volcan en diagonale parfaite de ton image est bien vue et concentre le regard sur le bleu profond de la mer qui se fond avec le ciel au loin.

Une très belle composition avec le flanc de la montagne qui donne une fort belle diagonale et une belle profondeur de champ qui va jusqu'à la côte et même au-delà.

Hi Jean,

The bare rocky volcano offers spectacular views over the island towards the Mediterranean Sea. Good sharpness and the 2 people add scale. Tfs!
