On May the first Sardinia celebrates St. Efisio with a costumed procession. Hundreds of riders pass through the streets of the old town.

vedo che anche tu hai una splendida Exilim, però una foto ogni anno è un po' poco ;-)
Belli questi tre cavalli bianchi con i loro rispettivi e fieri cavalieri.
Una bella foto "cotta e mangiata" che colpisce subito l'attenzione già dalla miniatura.

I love the photo of the three cavaliers, emblematic of St. Efisio celebration. I did not know about May 1st celebrations in Sardinia. I've visited the island only once, and found it beautiful.

Fine capture of these folkloristic dressed men on their white horses. The horses seem to have more eye for you than the men.

The red colours are a truly symbol of the May 1th celebration, the jackets of the horsemen and hats make your picture very nice.
Also the horses are a nice subject to look at.
An excellent composition too.

This is a delightful photograph of these three riders and their horses, captured in the most lovely soft light and with strong vibrant colours, especially in their bright rich red tunics. But I think It is the lovely light on the horses which appeals to me most as it brings out all the splendid details in their heads and manes.

Lovely light and colours, perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness.

The red coats are an eye-catcher. The point of view is showing the details of the horses anf of the clothings of the riders. The light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.
