I had to peruse this for several seconds before I realised that it was a boat, neatly covered! I suppose its reflection was the main clue!
A very well composed shot with reflections that are both clear and colourful.

i'm surprise more members havn't given you credits on this photo.
we often dont see boats like this covered up in photos, so thats interesting - and the reflections have a unique rust color in them, which is also interesting and unusual.

the rippling effect is dazzling, i really enjoy it.

I like very much how you chose a simple and neat composition, putting the quay and the boat aside in order to give the reflections ample space to display their fascinating colours and liquid pattens.
