The ancient rupestrian church of Santa Fortunata, now abandoned, is part of the urban park of the ancient City of Sutri, established in 1988.
Located in the area of Pian Porciano, it develops in the southern suburb of the city, outside Porta Romana, overlooking the Via Cassia and is served to the south by the Via nepesina, today Strada dei Creti.
It is one of the oldest sutrine churches.
