Hello Pierre,
A classic view of St. Peter's. The light falls perfectly on the façade and staircase, while the thousands of chairs placed in the square are largely hidden in the shade. You were blessed with a beautiful weather which enabled you to take a photo of very good quality. Colours and sharpness are perfect.

Hello Pierre,

This is a beautiful building, which I never tire from seeing. You have done it proud, capturing it in such a lovely light, as if it is in a spotlight.
The details of the basilica are pin sharp, whilst the inclusion of the crowds confirms it scale.

The dome is almost entirely hidden, but the façade looks beautiful as well and you captured it in perfect sunlight. Very well done.

Une célèbre façade toujours plaisante à contempler, bon effet avec ce jeu d'ombre et de lumière, la foule est cantonnée sur la gauche avant que les chaises soient occupées pour une célébration...

Pierre, this basilica is an imposant monument. Statues, columns and a sentence in Latin appear on its facade. Many seats were placed in front of the building to receive the adherents. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

Hello Pierre,

There were no chairs or partitions in St Peters Square when I visited but it was 40c & I did not feel like queuing for 2 hours in the sun for a 10 minute look just before closing time, when I eventually got to the head of the queue. So I went to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain instead. Tfs!
