Photographer's Note

it's what you need when you go around at night in the centre of Rome and you don't have a tripod.
you shoot underexposed pictures to avoid camera shake and then, when you open them in Photoshop, you just can't see a thing... but thank God you can adjust the exposure again and ta-dah! here's your night shot...
it's all there in the raw file, I swear!

Agrippa's name features on the Pantheon's frontispiece - although the original temple built by Agrippa was destroyed and rebuilt later by Hadrian.
I always found Agrippa one of the most interesting characters of Roman history, of those turbulent years between the end of the Republic and the beginning of the Empire...
