Photographer's Note
This is an inside view of St. Peter's basilica. It gets its name from being the burial site of Saint Peter. It has the largest interior amongst all other churches and can hold upto 60,000 people.Construction of the basilica began in 1506 and ended in 1626. It is located inside Vatican City, hence the country should be Vatican, not Italy. However, I could not find an option to put the country as Vatican.

HI Shaeri
where to start with this one?
love the upwards POV, as it truly shows the grand scale of this hall! especially with the people for size perspective.
including the long straight walkway in the middle gives the allusion of long depth.
well taken all around!
Cheers

Hi Shaeri
Welcome back. It looks like you have been doing a little travelling. We hope to see this magnificent Basilica in August. Thanks for the advanced peek. Wonderful symmetry. The wide angle really gives a sense of how large this place is.
