Photographer's Note

Whether travelling through Europe, the Mid East, or the Americas there has always been one constant and that is graffiti. Every location seems to have its own brand of graffiti art. Generally speaking, I do not condone graffiti or any sort of defacing of property, but while travelling I most definitely find it intriguing.

This particular piece here is definitely not the most impressive piece of graffiti but I can appreciate its spirit. I have noticed that while European graffiti tends to have a political edge and be more artful and impressive (though you wouldn't know it by looking my photograph), American street art is more abstract and arbitrary. Mid Eastern graffiti seems, in my experience, to be more covert but present none the less.

This photo is basically raw. I enhanced fill light and shadow slightly and cropped a very small amount.

Critiques and recommendations are quite welcome.
