Photographer's Note
Taken in Bray in Wicklow Ireland this Kiosk is one of a series of them along the Sea front. A strong suggestion of Bi-gone days in it's design and colours similar to old fashioned sweets, These kiosks sell those as well as ice creams tea and coffee. I loved the striking red and white pattern against the beautiful blue sky and calm sea. This was actually a really busy day with people walking so the challenge was to snap at just the right second to give this deserted feel. All the other kiosks were thronged with people queuing so not sure why this one was closed.

beautiful vibrant colors and like you, I love the effect of the strong red against the vivid blue. Very fine composition and I applaud your patience in waiting to get no people in the shout, it really has paid off.I love how you have lined the railing up perfectly with the horizon too.
