Blarney Castle.

I wanted to post 1 more photo of the Blarney castle before moving onto another subject. This time taken very up close and personal.

These types of compositions are often my go-to, especially with the wide angle lens. Personally I feel it makes for a strong visual impact, and here we can see the ruggedness of the Castle and the rocks its built upon. Kind of like the view you may have if you're trying to invade the castle from the ground, this is what you're faced with.

There are many photos of Blarney Castle on TE, but very few from this close up/steep angle. I could post more, but I want to complete my Ireland/UK series sooner than later, so I can start posting more India, Vancouver, Chicago and Italy photos :)

I still have a few more from Ireland to post, but its almost done, and I can always come back to post more from the UK in the future.
