Photographer's Note
Another shot from the Kilmacduagh archeological site (same as my previous post).
The sky was so dull that day that all my snaps from that day lack in colour and contrast. I've retouched the sky following the advice from the two WSs posted against my initial post. (Thanks to Don Laufer and Tony Ardino for the advise.)
The original unedited shot is posted as a workshop.
===================================================
Kilmacduagh is a set of ruins of a 7th century monastic site. It has one of those traditional medieval round towers which is 34 meters high. That actually makes it the highest of all the round towers in Ireland. That and the fact that this site in the west coast is quite far off the beaten tourist tracks make this place worth visiting...

Hey, a lovely foto, but i would have liked the tower a bit off-centered. As it is i don't like the composition too much.

This place is really interesting, especially with Irish dark clouds. I like your photo.

Hola Robert
Saludos

Hi Robert.
I like this picture. Maybe the POV is very typicall but I like it in any case. I disagree Pjulin about the position of the tower and in my opinion it's great.
Nice cloudy-sky.

Bonjour Robert,

Great picture of the ruins, this is how i would have liked my photo to turn out. Seems you had bad weather also but it gives this photo a great sense of atmosphere. Nice one!
