I only can imagine....waiting for a pair of lovers ,or an old sailor missing his marine travels .
I know for sure only that I was happy to see it there and I liked its loneliness
this one is for my friend Teo and i know for sure what she will answer....waiting for romanian meeting :) and the snowwwwwww

Very moody blue picture. Yes, the bench could have one person or a couple. But showing it empty gives PoV of the bench itself. Providing place to rest, wait, dream...
Pushed contrast is not exactly to my taste, but it's quite distinctively your style. And no doubt this kind of shot would be a bit boring without it.

Hello Anes,

Reading for the title and looking the sky, I have automatically read "waiting for snow". It should be because of the cold temperature since days and because we are in the middle of the Alpes or simply because I am a fan of ski.
Going back to your photo, I find the atmosphere very strong, mainly due to the sky and the shapes of the clouds: same color of the sea but with more relief. Did you use of gradual grey filter or is it post-processing to get so dramatical sky?
For the empty bench, I prefer it is empty, it allows to imagine what we want.

very nice composed, great mood and all that blues. I'm slightly concerned about the quality. lack of better sharpness and maybe the compression did a little bad here. did you use any software or filter to reduce the noise? don't get me wrong. I very like this photo but I'm sure it can look much much better :)

Ouch! Great shot atmospheric shot, this Anellise. Gives the impression of solitude to me (or depression). The colours are very pleasing and the detail in the clouds as well, but its the bench that makes it for me in this one!

The blue hue you used here is excellent as the lone bench without person or persons near its vicinity relays the message that the bench itself may be lonely and having the blues without companionship...

What for a sweet melancholy! This highly artistic photo should definitely not be shown to people at the risk of suicide. It could push them to unwanted actions. The cloudy wide view over the sea is tremendous. The pp looks fantastic. Is it a HDR image?
