Photographer's Note

Dettifoss is the most powerful waterfall of Iceland, a giant among giants so to speak. Their grandess is very hard to do justice with mere photographs. Only when including people into the images the viewer gets an idea about how overwhelmingly impressive these natural wonders are.

Regarding post processing, I decided to use b&w as Dettifoss doesn't offer much of colours to start with. The water is muddy brown grey, the rocks are plain grey, and only very few plants add a spot of green here and there.
