Photographer's Note

A couple of fellow photographers are perched on a low hill at the beach near the small settlement of Budir on the Snaefellness peninsula in western Iceland. While the weather was ever changing in minutes from blue sky to blizzard and back, the light of the setting sun was a photographers dream.
Budir is mostly known for its little black church from the 16th century but the surrounding beaches and lava fields are a superb spot to observe an abundant bird live and the occasional seal.
