Photographer's Note

Once again, I'm sorry but I post one of the chaotic weather's sceneries we had in Iceland. The picture was taken in the Myrar area, just before entering the Snaefelsnes, which hills you see in the background. We were already quite used to this kind of landscapes and visions: heavy clouds randomly masking bright blue skies. But then at sunset, the sun managed somehow to find a way out between moutains and clouds, drowning the perspective under massive orange fires. I tried to still get the focus on the foreground to have the details of the bushes, but it was hard to get both foreground and background. The clouds on the left were actually moving to the right like a huge boat sailing through the air, and it was a very impressive sight. Lost in the middle of the green nothingness of the Myrar, witnessing this sunset was making me feel very small indeed!

Check there and look for the "photos" section for more images.

Any comment welcome !

Cheers folks.
