Photographer's Note

On the road to the north we make a break in Ísafjörđur, the capital of the Western Fjords. It is the largest town in the peninsula with about 2,600 people living there. It has a very urban atmosphere, which is something completely unusual in Westfjords. The weather was still sunny, we had a great light, great colours, great reflections. And we enjoyed it because it didn't last a long time since we had a more cloudy day after (but a dry one, which is a good thing in Iceland anyway).
