Photographer's Note
Jökulsárlón is a glacial lagoon on the south coast of Icleand. Surprisingly it's only about 75 years old is formed by huge chunks of ice breaking off from the glacier Vatnajökull. The place is beyond impressive. In fact I nearly skidded off the road when I saw it, although had seen all the pictures and was expecting it. The majority of shots I took were just off the ice. But, after checking my shots this one stood out.

Matthew,
This is a great shot of this amazing place! The boat adds dynamism for the shot while the man in the red jacket provides balance for the boat. The deep blue water provides nice contrast for the ice. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has excellent sharpness.

Hi Matthew,
Great POV and the colours are very good as well. i like the juxtaposition of the man in the red coat as it adds another dimension to the shot, as well as giving some scale to these small iceburgs.
well done chris
