Photographer's Note
This is from when I went to Hungry to help out with a kids camp over there, it was a great time and we got to see quite a lot of the city as well, making the trip even better than expected.
This one was taken from the Fishermans Bastiele (at least I think that's what it's called) on the Buda Side.
I didn't have a tripod with me in Hungary so I had to make do with walls and stuff :(
Still, it's a beautiful City and, I'll definatly be back next year.

hi davy
very clear/crispy but also very neat night-scene because I can´t see noise in the picture.i especially like the reflections of the lights in the water !

Hi, Davy
It`s a beautiful city indeed. Well done to get such a crystal clear shot without a tripod. I guess you`re standing on the Buda side of the Danube..(If I remember correctly :)
Best regards,
Jan

Hello Davy, I am happy you liked the city where I was born and lived for 23 years, and the shot you took from the Halaszbastya (Fishermen's Bastion) is a very nice one. If I were you, I would tilt it slightly to the left to make the parliament standing more firmly on the ground ;-) or, if you don't want that, perhaps emphasizing the tilt? just a thought.
Take care and thanks,
Sarolta

Hi Davy.
I was there last summer and it's a great place. The photo too but, from my POV, there's only a problem: Fishermans Bastiele in the middle of the Parliment.
In any case, a nice colorfull photo with great reflections.
Regards, Oscar.

Great capture, Davy! I know which bridge you were on, LOL!! This is a really stunning view and you did a stellar job with the 6 second exposure.

Hi Davy - the reflected lights look wonderful, though if this was shot within an hour of sunset while there is still some colour and detail in the sky may have been more intereesting.

Hi Davy.
I´m impressed you got such a great night shot without using a tripod. Great work. The reflection of the lights in the river catch my eye, as well as the light on the parliament building (I assume that´s the one). As far as changes go, I might have liked it better if the light was just a little more evened out. The it is now, the parliament comes out very strong compared to the rest of the photo (but it still works, though).
I like how you´ve got tower (or is it a church spire) in front, to add to the depth of field of the photograph. Well done.
