Photographer's Note
The Hungarian parliament building was built during the turn of the last century. There was great optimism during this period in Hungarian history. There was also a belief in a strong, centralized government. Hence this building was created as one of the largest parliament buildings in the world.

A nice picture of a building I didn't know anything about. I like the colours too. So sad the resolution and sharpness are not good.

Très beau bâtiment que je n'ai malheureusement jamais vu ainsi.

As said before, a charming picture with a lovely subject. Good composition and nice warm light.
However, I think the saturation is a bit too strong, the sea (and maybe sky) are too purple. Also the building seems a bit too red, especially evident on the right side.
Sharpness is also not very perfect, I think it's due to compression that you have lost lots's of details. I think you should try to use almost all 200kb you are allowed, as this one is pretty small. Artifacts appear when compressing to much. Also it seems as if the photo is resized in a special way, decreasing width more than length, which seems to stretch buildings vertically, and compress them horizontally.
I would suggest leaving everything in proportion. I PhotoShop you can lock the sliders.
Neverthless a weldome shot.
