Byzantine church Panagia, 10th century.
This church was built according to standards current at that time in Constantinople. It is devoted to the Theotokos and dates from the second-half of the 10th century AD. Its architectural type is of the complex, four-columned, cross-in-square order, has a square nave (9,45 x 9,75 m.), and became a pioneering architectural standard for Greek churches.
