Mount Othrys is a mountain range of central Greece, in the northeastern part of Phthiotis and southern part of Magnesia. Its highest summit, Gerakovouni, situated on the border of Phthiotis and Magnesia, is 1,726 m above sea level.

You get much snow the last days, real a winter attack.
A soft contrast with the green trees against the white snow carpet.

How beautiful and wonderful this photo of a beautiful sunny day and the region totally taken by the blizzard. A composition at the same time of great simplicity but also of great beauty. At the same time that it is winter there, in the south of Brazil we are going through the biggest heat wave since 1986, in my city yesterday the temperature reached 35 degrees.

The small light green hut looks nice beside the dark green trees and the peculiar red and green pole. Is it the same as in the last photo, but from another angle? Blue sky and white snow complement this bright and colourful photo,

There's a thick layer of snow on the roof of the house and in the foreground of the photo.
