Photographer's Note
This is some squid (or octopus? I don't know the difference) that is left to dry on a fishing boat in Mykonos harbor. Could it possibly have been my dinner that night, maybe! The squid is prepared by marinating in lemon and other things, then cooking on a charcoal grill. That's my favorite way.
