Photographer's Note

From the 2nd Old Vehicle exhibition along the promenade of Lakki, Leros. The event was organized by the Motorcycling Club of Leros for only one evening (August 3, 2014) and attracted lots of local people and visitors.

This is a Fiat 500, I'm not sure whether it's an F (Berlina), 1965-1973 or an L (Lusso), 1968-1972 and I might be wrong at both guesses :) The two Fiat 500 parked side by side got many tender looks at the exhibition.

From Wikipedia:

The Fiat 500 (Italian: Cinquecento, Italian pronunciation: [ˌtʃiŋkweˈtʃɛnto]) is a city car produced by the Italian manufacturer Fiat between 1957 and 1975.

Launched as the Nuova (new) 500 in July 1957, it was a cheap and practical town car. Measuring only 2.97 metres (9 feet 9 inches) long, and originally powered by an appropriately sized 479 cc two-cylinder, air-cooled engine, the 500 redefined the term "small car" and is considered one of the first city cars. [....]
Despite its diminutive size, the 500 proved to be an enormously practical and popular vehicle throughout Europe.
