Photographer's Note

As the visitor wanders through the Kampos today he will recognize buildings and works of art of various periods. He will be saddened by the dereliction but will delight in the restoration of many lovely houses and admire the exquisite art of the stone bell-towers of the churches. Above all, he will ascertain that the Kampos with its long past is verdant and cool, offering contemporary man a quiet, tranquil refuge in a unique amalgam of culture and nature.

Πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα φωτογραφία..Η Χίος είναι ένα πανέμορφο νησί με τρομερή αρχιτεκτονική..Το συγκεκριμένο χωριό δεν το θυμάμαι αλλά αυτό που πραγματικά με ενθουσίασε ήταν τα Μεστά..

molto bello questo portone color fuxia.
Bello anche il cornicione e il muro circostante.
Una foto piacevole nella sua semplicità.

Avrei soltanto dato un formato più grande, ma è solo una questione di gusti personali.

Beautiful pastel colours and geometrical shapes that make a lovely photo. I like the bit of plant that is hanging down to just break the symmetry. Great work.

I really like the geometric lines in this and the vegetattion poking through at the top.

Πολύ όμορφη η πόρτα με εξαιρετικές λεπτομέρειες και μοναδικά χρώματα, αν και έκανα κάποτε 10 μήνες στα Αρμόλια σαν φαντάρος δεν έχω επισκεφθεί ακόμα το νησί σαν τουρίστας, θυμάμαι το Πυργί, το Εμποριός και την Καλαμωτή.
