Photographer's Note

Southern coast of Crete near Plakias on a late October afternoon. On a digitalized photo I managed to remove wires which were quite distracting on an analogue version.
Telephony and electrical wires on Crete spoil nearly every picture. They are literally everywhere. I suppose it's because there are still so many potential archeological findings in the ground that people gave up digging and hang wiring on posts.

5 years ago we went for a 2 weeks holiday on Crete. It was still ma analogue photography period and since then I enjoyed watching printed copies of what I saw there.
I decided to digitalize my memories to have them easier accesible from my computer and also to improve some of the shots which I believed had "a potential".
