Photographer's Note

This is the enigmatic Phaistos Disc in Iraklion (Heraklion) Museum in Crete, recovered from the ruins of the Minoan city of Phaistos nearby in south central Crete. It has never been deciphered. Shown here are side B at top & side A at the bottom. It possibly dates from 1850 B.C. & was discovered in 1908. More information here:
