Photographer's Note

On the photo you can see the basilica of Lorsch. The abbey was foundes 764 and administrated by Benedictines. It was finally closed 1232 when the administation fell to the diocese of Mainz.

Lorsch is a neat little town with about 12000 habitants next to the "Odenwald". It is reall a well worth seeing town.

I took the photo with my old Minolta Dynax 500si and an ISO 400 film. Therefore some parts of the photo are a little bit coarse. You can see this when you look at the dark parts of the archway. Perhaps someone has an idea how to reduce it. I hope to get some feedback in a workshop.
