Photographer's Note

This is a part of one of the huge stained glass windows of Cologne cathedral, the so called „Nativity Window“.

This window was made in 1507 and its height is about 18 meters. It is is a donation of the city council to the cathedral.

The total area of stained glass windows in Cologne cathedral amounts to 10000 m² and the oldest still existing window of the cathedral was made about the year 1250/1260.
