Summer in Munich

Just a summer impression from the streets of Munich. I took the photo at Max-Joseph-Platz and the corner of Maximilianstraße and Residenzstraße. The church domes in the background are part of the Theatinerkirche.

Hello Lars, summer seems a distant memory now, so it is good to view this very summery scene.
I have never visited Munich so it is interesting to see the different styles of buildings.
The sunlight highlights all the details beautifully.

Picture shows action in the colorful intersetion, while the two of the three identical domes prominently above, lars.

Goedenavond Lars,

Dit is echt een dagelijks leven foto, en een mooi stads opname, met de vele gevels en twee torens.
Het valt wel op, dat ook in deze stad nog fietsers te zien zijn.
Mocht dit in Nederland zijn dat vinden we dit maar normaal, Nederland fietsland.
Mooie heldere foto, scherp en mooi van kleur ook. Bedankt.

Hej Lars,
Detta är en fint komponerad och väl beskuren bild. Även om kyrktornen dominerar, så är de vackra husfasaderna lika fina, och du lyckades skapa en bra förgrund med den väl placerade unga damen på cykel. De röda kafé-parasollerna lyser i princip upp hela bilden.

Hi Lars,
Theatinerkirche is one of my favourite churches in Munich.
Its characteristic tellow towers are so recognizable.
Great angle to present the magnificent architecture of this photogenic city. I like very much the diversity of the facades here. People clearly indicate it was a summer time. Munich has similarly to Poland, hot summers and cold winters, a continental climate. I suppose Netherlands are more similar to the UK in this respect.

Dag Lars

Kleurrijk straattafereel van Munchen van de voorbije zomer. Mooie huizenrij, de torens dan daarachter, de rode parasols en de voorbijrijdende fietser als finishing touch.

Oeps...blijkbaar geen groentjes meer voor vandaag. Dan doe ik het maar zo. Maar wel met mijn beste wensen voor 2022.
