The content of your shot is excellent, and there are a number of points I really like about it. However, I'm afraid there are also a few negatives.

I Really like the sun's reflection drifting down to the left hand corner, all the way to the edge, whereas the rest of the foreground is covered with the grass.

I like the altostratus clouds that are just across the sun, and not anywhere else in the sky, that is quite distinctive.

I like the positioning of the left hand boat especially, in clear view, but nestled in the grass and out of the sun's glare.

The most glaring negative is the unlevel horizon, second is the darkness in the righthand quarter of the photo. I did a workshop, which is lacking a few things from the original, but which shows how these can be corrected. Again, Excellent content.
