Photographer's Note

Romanesque Church built in a 12 century Poitevin style, though the nave and vaults were modified in the 13th century. The center piece renovated in the15th century is in a flamboyant Gothic style. The Notre Dame Church is characterized by its cupolas on support structures and by its octagonal cupola, which are both exceptional architectural characteristics in this part of Poitou.
