Photographer's Note

One of Notre Dame's many famous gargoyles in Paris. This is actually a chimera and not a gorgoyle because it is not used as a rainspout but simply a an ornementation.

Whether they are Quasimodo-the-hunchback's companions, diabolical symbols remindind the sinners what they are to expect or just grotesque statues that came from a crazy architect's mind, they are really impresive and really worth visiting, and so is the view from the top of Notre-Dame, even if you have to wait a long time.

Modifiations: removed a big white building in construction and cropped.
