Photographer's Note

The parish Sainte-Marie church of LUMIO was built by the villagers themselves on a place overhanging the trunk road today.
From a stripped baroque, it goes back to 1800. Afterwards in 1880, was completed the current high bell-tower of freestones 36m high.
Contiguous, the church ST - ANTOINE who had been built in 1590. Become too small to shelter the parish, it was transformed into brotherhood. It was restored in 1986. You can locate it on the last post, at the foot and on the right of the bell-tower.
In WS, the church with its bell-tower and part of the Saint-Anthony church.

As announced here a sight of the interior of the Sainte-Marie church.
I make languish until tomorrow my friend Philippe, because in my next post I'll present the hidden jewel of this church.
