A snowy landscape of a mountainous slope in the Pyrenees where I framed to obtain this effect of symmetry: two barns, two trees in the center and a diagonal formed with these elements.

La distance entre les deux granges crée de la profondeur. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails des arbres et des granges. La lumière donne un bon rendu aux couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Hello Jean,
A good capture of the snowy slope in the middle, which is well surrounded by the gentle pattern of snow covered trees. The houses are well placed on both ends too.

A magnificent mountain photo, with the snowy landscape, a good contrast of that large clearing on the slope with the virgin snow and the thick trees that surround it, the two houses that we see I suppose are shelters or for use in summer.
Optimal management of lighting and sharpness.

Bonjour Jean,
when I first looked at the title and then at the photo I thought: Where is the diagonal, but your note points us subtly into the right direction and indeed when one discovers this symmetry here the picture starts having an extra flavour.

Apart from the 2 barns, an entirely b&w / n&b image. Goo sharpness and tonal range. The white snow enhances the graphism. Tfs!

the empty fields surrounded by trees added a special visual effect here and I liked the strips in dark and the trees in the middle of the fields too. very beautiful.
