Photographer's Note

Basilique du Sacré-Cœur (The Sacré-Cœur Basilica), Paris - view from Centre Georges Pompidou.
The weather wasn't good, was rainig, wasn't easy to take a 'good' picture.

Basilique du Sacré-Cœur is a Roman Catholic basilica dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
It is located at the Montmartre.
It was built of travertine stone quarried in Château-Landon. This stone constantly exudes calcite,
which ensures that the basilica remains white even with weathering and pollution.
