Photographer's Note

400 photos in often very different conditions.

Sometimes, very prepared, very worked photos and sometimes photos taken very quickly as here.

I looked at these strange patches of metal installed on the esplanade of La Défense for the music ‘s festival Chorus and utilised as street lamp. Obviously, I had my camera in my hands.
One of the color forms rusts reminded me in a kind of "nativity" with very pure and simple lines.

And suddenly, I knew that it was necessary to take a photo at once in the passage of this woman.
Everything took place in a quarter of second. I knew that my eyes had got something but I did’nt know what exactly. Only while looking then at the photo I understood the relationship of the forms and the colors which had become established.

The visual perception is really an extraordinary thing!
I like these moments when I go to make photos. It does not arrive all the time, and sometimes everything takes place so fast as the photo is missed, badly centred or out of focus but it fascinates me this speed with which our eyes get the information.

400 photos but thousands discoveries with you!
