Photographer's Note

Here is a photo I took just a few minutes ago on sunset : the former tin mine of Abbaretz a few kilometres in the north of Nantes. This mine was exploited in antique times, then it was abandonned for many centuries. Then it opened a few years in 20th century and was definitely closed in 1957. Since then the nature is back ! Today a 70 metres height bing and a lunar landscape are what remains from this mine. It makes one of the most incredible landscape of Loire-Atlantique.

By the way today I celebrate my 8 years on TE. Time goes on !
