In Brittany (Bretagne) there are many of calvaries; sculptures near churches, where the "way of the cross " can be seen.
A few are very beautiful and here is one them,
this is the Calvaire Notre Dame De Tronoën.

Hans een beetje passend in deze periode voor wie nog deze opvoeding gehad heeft, dat ter zijde, het tafereel is mooi in beeld gebracht en goed scherp ook. De blauwe hemel op de achtergrond is lichtgevend, mooi.

Mooi Hans, hoe je deze verweerde calvaire hebt afgebeeld: rijk in kleuren en details. Mooie compositie ook - je hebt zichtbaar gemaakt dat de hartlijn zo de kerkingang inloopt. Goed en helder werk, Hans.

Très bel angle de prise de vue Hans. L'ensemble des sculptures est bien mis en évidence. Il existe beaucoup de calvaires de ce genre en Bretagne. Nos aînés avaient du talent. Belles couleurs douces et naturelles. Très jolie composition.

I like sculptures and however I missed this one ! Sorry for that, Hans. That's a good pic, the calvary is perfectly enlighted, there is almost no shadows in spite of the numerous details. A piece of artwork, congratulations.

Tres joli ce calvaire Hans,tres net avec un relief étonnant.J'en ai vu des tas en Bretagne mais celui ci est vraiment tres intéressant.Alors tu va nous sortir de super photos de ton séjour là bas,je me réjouis déjà de les voir.
