One Sunday morning Places To rejoin of Baty All Saints' day-François Rallier of Baty is a mayor of Rennes of 1696 to 1733. In 1717, the count of Toulouse, governor of Brittany, removes the office of mayor for tax reasons. To rejoin, which buys the title, is elected prosecutor-syndic. The office of mayor is restored in 1722 and gives place to an adjudication. The city can then preserve the election of its chief if it carries the highest bidding. Rennes is carried out in order to remain under the administration of this "man of good, farm and credit". Today, this place is very animated in week, of many restaurants of all nationalities deploy their terrace in his medium and the ambience is there very sympathetic nerve.

J'apprécie tes contributions à ce thème rennais :^)
Encore une jolie photo de ce lieu il est vrai animé, j'y étais pas plus tard qu'hier soir pour le 14 juillet.
Ce que j'aime ici c'est la superposition des éléments dans une photo 'naïve' et colorée. Dommage encore pour le ciel. Il faudra qu'on montre un jour un beau ciel bleu bien de chez nous !

On se croirait dans un village miniature, tout beau , tout propre. Beau piqué et bien vu pour le cadrage.

A colourful, well composed scene. I like the dynamic colours and tight framing and cropping for this shot. It almost appears as if you used a very wide angle lens to so nicely capture the full height os many of the buildings. A most successful capture, Martine. Great shot.

Very nice composition with the colouful houses and the peace of a Sunday morning coming well out from your image. Only the sky seems to be a bit overexposed. But very nice capture indeed. Well done!

Very nice, picturesque place. I do believe that this place is very animated because these old and well taken care squares attract people. The traditional houses are great. The clarity and sharpness are good, although I find the Bordeaux border a bit distracting as it competes with the photo in attention.

Nous sommes dimanche, la ville dort encore (du moins, je le présume), les dernières barrières sont retirées. La place recouvre calme et sérénité. Les vieilles maisons semblent protéger les habitants avec leurs belles façades.
Une bien jolie composition.

Etonnant l'absence de public sur cette place... Elle a tout l'air d'un décor "bretonland ou Rennesland" tant les couleurs sont pimpantes, la luminosité d'une belle clarté, l'arbre ferait presque surnaturel... Je la préfère envahie par le public bruyant, gourmand et cosmopolite...

Vous avez choisi le bon compromis pour nous montrer cette jolie vue de la ville.

Une photo qui me rappelle " Les Tableaux
Delmas "que l'on nous montrait en classe préparatoire pour nous enseigner le français au collège Saint-Michel. Excellent cadrage et utilisation de lumière impeccable. Bravo
