Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

My last photograph revealed how the food was cooked for a Medieval Festival in Pont-Croix, and I promised to show you some of the people involved in the festival.

I found it difficult to decide which photograph to use as my main post. Maybe, you would have chosen differently. Two workshops will, perhaps, give you a choice.

Here, you will see a lady with her goat. The children loved it! The peasant lady was walking around the central area but didn't get chance to move very far before youngsters were surrounding her for a closer look at the small animal. The lady explained the goat would not have been a pet but was useful for milk or meat.

Please see the workshops here and here showing different aspects of life in a Medieval Village.

I hope your day is better than here, in the U.K., the winds are rampant and associated with heavy rain showers! Kind regards, Bev :-)
