Red Granite Coast.
View from the path of Le Sentier des Douaniers Total hiking trails in Lannion exceed 40 km. The most popular tracks include Le Sentier des Douaniers, La Vallée des Traouïéro and Trestrignel path. The most beautiful walking trail is the path of Customs Officers (Le Sentier des Douaniers), which runs along the coast through the most attractive places in nature and landscape fraught with many picturesque cliffs of red granite, in places exceeding the height of 20 meters from Lannion to Ploumanac'h port. According to the local office of tourism, the number of people who follow the popular walking track in a year exceeds 800 000. The area around the path of a protected area where systematic reclamation process has vegetation of rock, which was destroyed by the trampling of tourists. Prettiest part of the Pink Granite Coast can be seen at the end of paths in Ploumanac'h Customs Officers, belonging administratively to Lannion. Area of scattered countless chaotic pink stone blocks partially submerged in the sea makes an electrifying weighing. This completes the unparalleled view of the stone lighthouse Men Ruz and located at the Maison du Littoral Chemin du Phare. The Maison du Littoral, you can watch animations and exhibitions on red granite coast and marine issues. On the walls of several nearby buildings can be seen in the stone chips caused by fire in World War II.
