At least, I think that's where it is. Another one of those stop off places on the way back from Bayonne, really quite difficult to remember them all. Maybe someone can confirm this or put me right.

Hi Richard,
Excellent lighting control especially for a difficult place like this. I enjoyed the repetition of the arches which are very lovely and especially the rich matured colours. The two figures are exactly at the right place where our attention should be. Splendid shot!! Best regards.

Jolie perspective, et jolies couleurs sous les arches. J'aime bien les silhouettes qui se dessinent. La rangée de voitures est moins belle, mais c'est difficile de les enlever toutes ;oD

I don't know this place, but it is beautiful, Richard! I like it also because it reminds the town near my village in Friuli, Spilimbergo: there are some arches very similar to these ones, and .... we have also a very good winery, that we call "osteria", under the arches. I'd post a pic of this similar place.

Richard I really like photos that have a nice perspective and that have an interesting feature in the foreground. This photo is excellent in my estimation. Thanks for sharing...and sorry I do not know this area!
